• You have the authority to contractually bind the company you represent
• The information you provide us is truthful and up to date

3. Accounts and User Responsibility

If you register to use our services:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree not to:

7. Third-Party Services

Our services depend on the availability, operation, and policies of the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta. We do not control or guarantee the continuous availability of that platform, and we are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, or decisions made by Meta that affect the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechGenius Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or Meta/WhatsApp's applicable policies.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved before the competent courts of that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
